On Saturday November 7th, as a preamble to the Congress, we are organizing a cultural day of festivities in the city of Elche that will include various different activities.

Fried eggs popular competition

The participants will have to bring their own ingredients and tools.
The idea is to make two eggs in two times. This activity will be led by the experts, who will fry two eggs.
This competition will go along with questions-answers session and different prizes which will be given to the attendees.
