TAPAS: MARÍA JOSÉ SAN ROMÁN "MONASTRELL" AND "LA TABERNA DEL GOURMET"

María José San Román, cook at the "Monastrell" restaurant and at the homonymous bar, located in the luxurious Hotel Amérigo, in Alicante, and in "La Taberna del Gourmet", which won the Award for the Best Bar by Lo Mejor de la Gastronomía Guide, will propose two workshops in which the audience will get the opportunity to appreciate her best specialties:
 
  • Octopus roasted with beer, served with winter tomato and broken egg.
  • Toasted vermicelli with baby prawn and squid.
  • Rice, duck and summer white truffle.
  • Tiger nuts from Alboraya.
  • Lemon and almond sponge cake.

 
Days: Saturday, 6th and Tuesday, 9th.
Time: 16.30/18.00.
