The Red Thistle from Ágreda, that grows at the feet of the Moncayo’s mountain, is a unique vegetable in its kinds which offers very peculiar culinary possibilities: raw, boiled, sautéed, … The workshop will also be focused on the cleaning, the cutting and the curling of the vegetable as well as on many of its possible recipes.
 

Days: Saturday 6th, Sunday 7th, Monday 8th and Tuesday 9th.
Time: 12.00/13.30 y 17.00/18.30.
Place: Stand of the Association Red Thistle from Ágreda.
Price: Free. Prior registration required (limited number of attendees).
