Cod, playing with temperatures. 

  • Workshop and tasting of 3 snacks (cod cannelloni with cream of caramelized garlic and olive oil sweet; cod sheet on caramelized onion and egg yolk coated in breadcrumbs; piece of caramelised cod roasted with chickpea and black sausage juice) + Cruzcampo beer. 25 people.
