PAIRINGS OF IMPERIA FOIE GRAS AND PDO VALENCIA SWEET WINES

 
Chema García de la Cuadra (Technical Manager of D.O. Valencia), Jordi Serra (Technical Manager of Foie Gras Imperia) and Sergio Sierra (Head Chef of the restaurant “El Portal Taberna & Wines”, Alicante), will conduct this tasting in which the following types of foie gras will be paired with Valencian sweet wines:
  • Duck Foie Gras Mi-cuit.
  • Whole Duck Foie Gras.
  • Block of Duck Foie Gras.
  • Block of Goose Foie Gras.
