Les délices du luberon provençal black olive tapenade

A very characteristic flavor of the Provençal black olive, bitter, but a noble bitterness, polished, balanced… leaving a marvelous aftertaste in the mouth. The predominant sensation, which is complemented by small nuances, is derived from the 20% of the other elements present: capers, anchovy cream, garlic, olive oil, sunflower oil, vinegar, salt and white pepper. The texture is fairly smooth, yet natural, with small, delightful bits of olives to give body to the mixture. A traditional tapenade with very distinguished craftsmanship.
