Anima Áurea Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Anima Áurea is a collection of extra virgin olive oils from Jaén, comprised of arbequina and picual varieties that were harvested early, directly from the tree, in search of aroma, fruitiness, color, low acidity and… quality. One’s attention is immediately drawn to its delicate, balanced, harmonious and compensated personality. Endowed with good aromatic expression, the nose is dominated by references of olive and oil, intermingled with herbs, apple and tomato leaf. The refinement and balance prevail on the palate: fruity, sweet, bitter, with notes of nuts and spice – implied characteristics.
