Shiso Purper Azijn

A smooth, original wine vinegar, exuberantly perfumed with shiso leaves and ginger which give it an Asian, vegetal character, both in aroma and flavor. It is very pleasant and complex, without any element overly dominating the flavor – balanced. It can be used to dress a wide variety of dishes, but goes particularly well with salads and fresh cheese. Only 500 bottles produced annually.
